Elite is elite! Professional, courteous and compassionate. On time appointments. I had the sweetest little nurse today. She sensed my anxiety and patted me on the leg with her hand during a procedure. The power of the touch of a human hand. Rare to find kids that age with such passion and caring. Elite’s entire team is this way. Wonderful work culture!

Dr. Raab and his staff from day one have been great. I feel like he really cares, of all the doctors I saw before him, he seemed to have a genuine concern and care for situation and truly interested in fixing my problem . The NP's, the Hospital Staff, the Rehab were all great I highly recommend him .

We absolutely loved Dr. Elrod’s personality and the time he dedicated to our son. He looked for the cause of his problem and is working to fix it during his surgery so it won’t happen again. Very pleased!!

Dr. Burton Elrod and his staff are WONDERFUL !!!! In 2020, Dr. Elrod performed surgery on both of my knees. I was able to regain 100% range of motion in both knees. I am very pleased with my knee surgery. This May, 2021, he performed surgery on my left shoulder. I am currently in physical therapy and I am regaining my range of motion. Dr. Elrod is a very personable doctor. He takes time to answer all my questions. It is very obvious that he cares about his patients. His staff are the best. I live 125 miles from Nashville and being under Dr. Elrod's care is worth every mile I travel. Thank you so very much Dr. Elrod for taking care of me !!!!!!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Raab and his staff. They have been professional, courteous, attentive and so knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with my knee replacement and will definitely come back for the other knee when that time comes.

Dr. Amanda Martin is an absolute angel. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and simply AMAZING. She takes her time with you, listens to you. Now days that is rare. Her team of nurses, assistants are great. You can tell her team respects her. I would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Amanda Martin.

Dr Raab and his staff are just the best! Caring, efficient, very warm atmosphere, My knee replacement was much less traumatic than I had expected (from hearing others horror stories) but that is because he is a great surgeon!
