The staff were friendly. Both the nurse doing my intake as well as Dr. Thomson listened to my concerns and to the reason. I was there. Dr. Thompson weighed options with me and understood and explained potential future issues. A good experience.

Since my appointment was so early (7:40a.m.), I was the only one at the front desk and so I got to chat with the very nice woman who "checked me in." She was great fun to banter with. I also enjoyed my interactions with not only Dr. Willers but the nurse who came into the exam room first and the x-ray technician with a bright orange tennis shoes who x-rayed my foot. Everyone engaged with me & did not seem rushed, and that is something that I highly value.

Dr Elrod takes the time to truly listen and create an effective game plan that will produce positive results. He includes you in the process and respects your input. I appreciate that his first response is not surgery. Dr. Elrod is highly respected amongst his piers and within the medical community. He keeps me moving and for this I am grateful!
