We accept over 30 types of insurance. Please be sure to review our insurance providers on our resources page before your appointment.
Am I guaranteed to get a same-day appointment?
Same-day appointments will depend on availability. If our scheduling team cannot get you booked the day you call, they will try their best to work you in as soon as possible.
Is this a walk-in orthopedic clinic?
Elite is not a walk-in orthopedic clinic. You or a referring provider must schedule an appointment either by phone or our online booking feature. For more urgent orthopedic requests, we recommend calling our office.
Can any doctor refer me to Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics?
Yes, any doctor may refer you to our practice. Offices can call our scheduling team or referral scheduling line to schedule a same day appointment.
Seek Help from a Referring Provider
If you were recently injured and visited the ER, an urgent care clinic, or another doctor’s office, they can also call our referral scheduling team for same-day access. Simply ask your provider to make that call.
What do I need to know before I book an appointment?
To ensure the scheduling process is as quick as possible, please have your personal/health information and health insurance card on hand. If you have seen one of our providers before, please let the scheduler know. Be as thorough as possible explaining your pain or condition.
When can I call to make an appointment?
You can call our scheduling team Monday-Friday between 7am-5pm. If you call after hours, you can leave a message and the team will return your call as soon as possible. For emergencies, please dial 911.

How Can I Get a Same Day Appointment?
If you are experiencing severe pain, you or your physician can contact our scheduling team to request a same-day appointment. Note: Same-day appointments are subject to clinic team approval and requests must be made no later than 12:00 pm during regular business hours.
