Can I schedule my appointment online?
Our website features an an appointment request form. This form allows your to request an appointment, but not schedule an appointment. If you fill out this form on a Saturday, our schedulers will see the appointment request on a Monday. If you urgently need to see an orthopedic provider, we recommend giving us a call on our main line: 615-324-1600.
