I’m Laurie and I have been with Elite for a total of 9 years! When I started here in 2015, there were only 2 locations, and far fewer providers and employees. I feel very proud of how much Elite has grown, adding 5 providers, multiple mid-levels, and 3 locations since I started working here. Throughout my time at Elite I have been honored to work closely with our providers in their clinics as well as in x-ray. The providers not only care deeply about their patients – I also feel like they care deeply about their employees. The care our patients receive here is unmatched, and patients tell us all the time. Working in xray, it has been such a rewarding part of my job seeing patients from their first encounter after an injury to being able to take their xrays until their last visit. We will have small talk while they are in the room and catch me up on how well they are progressing. For me, seeing how much easier the task of xray is this visit vs the last is one of my favorite parts of my job. I will joke with them about it being graduation day when they tell me they think it is their last visit. I, along with others who have written testimonies here, feel like I have really grown up at Elite, not only professionally but personally as well. I started this job at 20 years old, and I have been here through many milestones in between. I have gotten engaged and married since being here, traveled the world, and just recently welcomed my first baby. I truly have such a wonderful work-life balance, which is something that is hard to find in the medical field.

Hello, my name is Rick Willard and I’ve been with Elite since 2005. One thing I’ve discoverd over the years is how incredible the people here are. The doctors are amazing and care about each and every patient. They make an impact on these people’s lives, so much so that we have quite a few patients that have become employees after their encounter with Elite! I take pride having the word Elite on my shirt. It is such a well respected company around Nashville that you get random people coming up to you and telling you about the time we helped them through their injury. Dr. Elrod has always wanted to make sure he is able to help the fire department, police, veterans, and all those that help the community. Knowing that our patients are receiving the best treatment for their injury is what makes this job worth it. Something that Elite has taught me is how to focus responsibility. I’ve learned how to manage all the responsibilities that come with a position like this and the importance of taking ownership in my role. Elite gave me an opportunity to grow and the comradery here is tremendous.

Hi, I’m Sierra and I’ve been with Elite for two and a half years! It’s hard trying to pick out just one reason why I love it so much here, but if I had to, I’d say because we’re a big, happy family. Some of my best friends are the people that I work alongside! The patient care here is awesome! When you go out, you’ll get stopped by people and they’ll tell you that so-and-so is the best doctor and I love going there. It’s such a prestigious workplace and it seems that so many people know who we are! Getting to work the front desk, I have the opportunity to really get to know our patients. You see them come in looking for pain relief, or something to help them get back to normal, and then you see them again post-op and the difference is night and day! They come back so happy and it’s a joy to be there for that. I always tell people that Elite took me when I was a baby and helped me grow into who I am today. This company gives you the opportunity to ask questions, get answers, and grow.
