Titleist Performance Institute, or TPI, is the world’s leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. The screen can identify restrictions in the way your body moves within your swing so that we can accurately prescribe/develop a program to improve body mechanics and decrease the risk of injuries associated with your golf game. Whether you are a scratch golfer or a beginner you will greatly benefit from this process.
Elite Sports Medicine and Orthopedics’ affiliate MPower Performance Institute now offers the TPI screening with TPI certified physical therapist Daniel Elliott, DPT at the MPOWER Green Hills location.
A TPI Screen at MPOWER Consists of:
- A 16-point physical screen, which is a comprehensive assessment of strength, mobility, and functional movement patterns specific to the golf swing
- A video analysis that correlates your screen results, and how these findings affect your swing
- A home exercise program to address any physical limitations identified
- An initial training session with one of our performance coaches to incorporate these findings into your goals
The cost is $175, which includes the screening, video analysis, home exercises, and one personal training session that addresses the findings from your screen .
To schedule a TPI Golf screen, book an appointment at MPOWER Performance Institute, located in Nashville, TN, and Franklin, TN.
