Jeffrey Willers, MD, specializes in orthopedic surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Willers sees patients at Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics’s Midtown location in Nashville and Cool Springs office in Franklin, Tennessee.

Originally from Georgia, Dr. Willers received an undergraduate degree in biology from Emory University and obtained his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Following a surgical internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University, Dr. Willers completed a fellowship at the prestigious OrthoCarolina Foot and Ankle Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Willers is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has specific interests in sports-related injuries, trauma, adult reconstruction, and degenerative and arthritic problems.

Dr. Willers serves as a team physician for Lipscomb University. He previously served as a professional football team doctor from 2005-2018. In addition, Dr. Willers has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor from 2017-2024.
