Dr. Crosby graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and continued his medical training with an internship in general surgery and residency in orthopedics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Tennessee. He then completed his orthopedic training with a spine fellowship at Emory University’s Department of Orthopedics.
