About Dr. Price
Chad Price, MD, specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Dr. Price currently sees patients at Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics’ Midtown and Green Hills locations in Nashville and Cool Springs office in Franklin, Tennessee.
He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and continued his medical training with a residency at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital. Dr. Price finished his medical training with a fellowship at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic for Sports Medicine and Shoulder Reconstruction in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Dr. Price previously served as a team physician for Mt. Juliet High School in Tennessee and was previously an affiliate team physician in the National Football League from 2009-2012.

Originally from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, Corban Cressley, a Physician Assistant (PA-C), earned his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Liberty University. He went on to obtain his Master of Science in Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University. Corban mainly works with Dr. Price, specializing in the Surgery of the Shoulder, Hip, and Knee. In his free time, Corban enjoys playing sports, spending time with family, exercising, woodworking, and being outdoors.

Originally from Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Katie Tays, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before completing her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Katie worked as an orthopedic technologist with Erlanger Health System. She works alongside Dr. Price, helping care for patients with orthopedic conditions and injuries. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors, playing pickleball and golf, traveling, attending sporting events, and exploring new local patios with family and friends!
