About Dr. Willers


Jeffrey Willers, MD, specializes in orthopedic surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Willers sees patients at Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics’s Midtown location in Nashville and Cool Springs office in Franklin, Tennessee. 

Originally from Georgia, Dr. Willers received an undergraduate degree in biology from Emory University and obtained his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Following a surgical internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University, Dr. Willers completed a fellowship at the prestigious OrthoCarolina Foot and Ankle Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Willers is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has specific interests in sports-related injuries, trauma, adult reconstruction, and degenerative and arthritic problems.

Dr. Willers serves as a team physician for Lipscomb University. He previously served as a professional football team doctor from 2005-2018. In addition, Dr. Willers has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor from 2017-2020.

Originally from Nashville, TN, Hannah Cloutier, a Physician Assistant (PA-C), received her Master of Science from Baylor College of Medicine. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Hannah attended Samford University in Birmingham, AL, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Hannah works primarily with Dr. Jeffrey D. Willers, in support of his practice specializing in surgery of the foot and ankle. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys hiking, listening to live music, traveling and spending time with family.

Megan Ristich received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Indiana University, Master of Arts in Biomedical Science, and attended PA school at Trine University. Maggie was always drawn to a career in medicine. Her mom was an FNP, and her grandfather was a Pediatrician! In Megan's free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, hot yoga, and spending time with her husband, goldendoodle and chubby cat.
