Dr. Crosby is the best! I’ve been in his care for 2+ years, and he just performed a complicated surgery on my shoulder. He respected my feelings enough to let me try several rounds of p/t before committing to the surgery. I REALLY didn’t want surgery. Though, I have 9 more months before I’m fully healed, at 12 weeks post-op, my shoulder already feels better than before the surgery. I’d heard many horror stories about rotator cuff repairs (which was one part of my procedure), but my experience has been ideal. I’m extremely grateful for Dr. Crosby and his excellent care. I also appreciate how he explained everything to me using detailed pictures so I could understand. Finally, he is very calming and reassuring. I was very nervous as they prepared me for the operation, but then he stepped in to check on me, and I immediately felt a sense of calm that lasted until they took me back.

My second surgery with Dr Thomson and it went just as smoothly as the first. I highly recommend Dr Thomson—he takes time to answer my questions and makes sure I’m confident with the the plan before proceeding. I already know I’ll need another surgery and will absolutely use Dr Thomson again.
